Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will work it out.

Return window: 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Eligible for return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original tags attached. Proof of purchase required.

Not eligible: Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery. Items purchased during a final sale event.

How to initiate a return: Email us at shop@forzafide.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange for a different size if the item is returned in eligible condition and the size is in stock. Email us to confirm availability before returning.

Shipping

Where we ship: Canada and the United States. International shipping to select countries is available — email us to confirm before ordering.

Note for India customers: India orders are fulfilled offline. Please reach out directly at shop@forzafide.com or via Instagram @forzafide.

Shipping method: Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ontario, Canada: 2-5 business days
  • Other Canadian provinces: 5-10 business days
  • United States: 7-14 business days
  • International (where available): 14-21 business days + customs clearance

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method selected.

Order processing: 1-3 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking email once dispatched.

Customs and duties: Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
